What does tooled belt mean?
If you've ever admired the intricate designs on a leather belt, you're probably looking at tooled leather.
This leather crafting technique involves using various tools to stamp patterns into the natural Vegetable tanned leather.
During this hands-on workshop we will work through the process of making a simple belt from start to finish. will cover everything from choosing the best quality leather and tools, cutting a straight edge on a hide of leather, to finishing your belt. This is a great place for the beginner leather crafter or someone who wants to spend a nice day of hands-on fun and make themselves a custom belt.
